Should I start Mike Sims-Walker over Ochocinco for Wk 15 playoffs?

I just read that MSW is at full speed and the jags will play the Colts tough. It is still hard to play him because he is going up against the Colts but Garrard mike have time to throw with both Colt DE's might not play. Ocho on the other hand has Carson who is not throwing lights out. Plus they play maybe the hottest team that's not undefeated in the Chargers. Thanks for your help. I need an answer soon because MSW plays tonight.
