What can I buy my dad for his birthday?

SO today is my dads birthday and were all going to my parents house tonight to have his bday dinner and I still dont have a gift. He is SOOO hard to buy for. Every year me and my sister buy him the same thing: shoes, pants, some shirts, and a wallet. I really want to get him something different this year and cant think of anything. He doest really have any hobbies, all he does is work, he had EVERY tool in the world basically, his favorite team is the Colts since thats where he was born, but we live in Louisiana and i cant find any Colts stuff and I need to be able to buy it and have it today.. Any good gift ideas??
