My x lied to the police to have me arrested what is the punishment if i can prove it how many years punishment

so what would be the legality if she was found guilty of soing such a thing and if the answer is great like a sufficent time of imprisoment and the judge deems its to be probation can i aswell sue he for Defamation of character
