Whats a good birthday present to give my soon to be 14 year old daughter?

A gift card to a local mall. They have one that you can purchase for anything in the mall......and they also have credit cards where you can purchase anything anywhere. You can also purchase something sentimental as others suggest. She may not be too into it now but she may treasure it later.
