Harry Potter fans..question...does anyone know who in the first book, gave Harry the nimbus 2000? And also...?

I believe the Nimbus 2000 was a gift from Professor McGonnagall and the Invisibility Cloak was a gift from Dumbledore. On the note in the gift I think it said "Your father left this in my possession before he died. It is time it is returned to it's rightful owner. Use it well." ... Then in book 7, Harry reads a letter from his father James to Sirius where James says, "Dumbledore still has the Invisibility Cloak..."
