Should I get a lawyer?

I bought a new car in March 2009. I have made 3 payments on the car! I have had all these problems 1. brakes made horrible noise after. 2nd week of owning it. 2. air bag dummy light was going on and off. 3. check engine light 4. rattle in dash (drove me crazy) 5. right front speaker was blown. 6. radio quit playng stations now they come in all fuzzy, but does play cd's. They have fixed everything exept the radio and now they are not returning my calls and i feel like the car is just falling apart!!! Its a Chrysler 300 limited 2005. Looks nice but is it dependable for my daughter and I ? I am a single mother and am paying $286 for the car a month I can't afford for it to break down and pay the payments? And what happens when they stop fixing it? It has not been under warranty this whole time and they still fix it!! Should i get a lawyer and get a new car all together? Please help!!
