What should I be doing in terms of my weight?

I'm 14, vary from 143-149 pounds and am 5' 11" tall. I eat mostly healthy, organic foods, with an occasional oreo binge :). I'm fairly satisfied with the way I look, but have trouble spots. I do an hour- long yoga app on my itouch most nights, and I went for a mile run today. (the terrain here makes it harder to run for long distances) So, how am I doing?
