What is the voltage drop of a #4 THHN running 200FT?

Until you draw some current through the wire the I x R drop is zero. So get the ohms per thousand of the wire you are using and multiply by the amps to get your voltage drop per thousand, then divide by the length of the run up and back. But since the system is existing, why not just read the voltage with a meter?
