May i be Pregnant?

Hello i am a mother of almost 3 year old my last pregnancy was unexpected we wanted a baby but told we couldnt' was going in for hysterectomy well found out i was 14 weeks pregnant no sign well I think i might be i have not had a period since january took 2 home test says no but my are sore my bladder fills like something is sitting on it and i have been sick for the last week something i never did with my little girl and well still know signs of a period i go today for test but we want a baby so bad but we know what the chances are and they are not good but anyone have any idea why i would have so many signs and a negative test i only take one certain test and well not sure what to expect at the doctors today can someone help
