Is my rabbit having a false pregnancy?

I went on holiday for 2 weeks, leaving my grandparents to look after my 9 month old rabbit. When I came back I noticed her fur did not seem as shiny, although she was behaving normally. I looked at her hutch, and she has sprayed all up the sides, and she has pulled out her fur and put it in her bedding. Is she having a false pregnancy, or did she pull her fur out due to stress? If it is a false pregnancy, how long will it last? Is it better to have her spayed to prevent these and cancer? I read somewhere that does have a 80% chance of getting cancer. Is that true?
