I have lower jaw right side next to my ear. do i need to go in the hospital for thi i hand it for a week now &?

hi may name is janet i have a lower right jaw pain for a week its next to my ear. im not filling to good right now when i go to bed does that means i have a fever even so im swinting to. do you think i should go to the hospital for this.
