How to dress like Quinn Fabray from GLEE?

I know there are a ton of these, but I'd like to get three things in one. I'd like to know where to buy her dresses, those pastel flats, and cute cropped cardigans, and I'd like to know how she does those loose curls and her natural make up, especially her raspberry lips.
